Thanksgiving

Once again, this Thanksgiving was bittersweet.  It brought back many memories of last year having just watched our precious Dad G leave this world and enter the gates of heaven.  It was our second Thanksgiving spent here at home instead of in Gatlinburg...but, we enjoyed our time together and made new memories that we will treasure forever.
Since we are used to spending Wednesday - Sunday together as a family in Gatlinburg, we kept that part of the tradition the same...we all crashed my parent's home :)  Papa, Gigi, Kyle, Laura, Michael, Cole, Mom G, and myself spent Wednesday - Sunday watching movies, discussing wedding details, looking at houses (a favorite past time for all of us), shopping, and decorating the Christmas tree.  Such a FuN holiday!

Cole loved the Macy's Parade this year.  His favorite float was Sesame Street.

Mom G brought over one of Papa's childhood toys...a view finder with disc slides.  It's at least 50 years old :)
