Mother's Day was super sweet and special with my handsome boys. They spoil me the other 364 days of the year as well, but I love taking an extra moment on this day to truly soak them in as I celebrate the joy of being their mom. The days aren't always easy, but the Lord gave me a gift that my heart always desired...for that, I am beyond grateful. Praying I can disciple them well and that they do mighty things for the Kingdom.
We always do Sunday holiday celebrations after church since the mornings are chaotic enough just getting out the door ;) When we returned home, I was greeted with flowers, precious cards, and a gift the boys picked out all on their own - a Side Socket. The joy on their faces as I opened their thoughtful gift was priceless.
After spending some time at home, we headed to my mom's for a bit. She had asked for LOTS of printed pictures from our January beach visit to frame in their townhome, so I was happy to oblige. A Master Gardener can never have enough flowers, so this beauty was hers as well :)
